Stroud Engineering is currently planning a 147 lot residential subdivision for entry level housing. The development will require a wastewater treatment plant with a high rate infiltration basin and a groundwater lowering system. Stroud’s responsibilities include:

• R-10 Rezoning
• Special Requirement for wastewater treatment facility
• Sketch Plan approval through Onslow County
• Preliminary Plan approval through Onslow County
• North Carolina Division of Water Quality permitting
  for a Wastewater treatment Plant capable of treating
  53,000 gallons per day
• Infiltration and Dewatering design for the effluent
• Design and permitting of highway access
• Design and permitting of public roads
• Design and permitting of a sewage collection system
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• Design and permitting of a high density storm water system to satisfy North Carolina Division of Water Quality Coastal Storm Water Management rules
• Construction administration and inspection
