Project: Belvedere Waste Water Treatment Plant

Client: Carolina Water Service Inc. of NC
Location: Hampstead, Pender County, NC

Stroud Engineering designed a 300,000 gpd sewage treatment plant which treats domestic sewage to reuse standards.  The effluent disposal is by spray irrigation to the Belvedere Golf course.  Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• DWQ permitting
• Construction plans and specifications
• Inspection and certification
• Construction staking
