Project: The Neighborhoods of Holly Ridge – Phases 2 & 3

Stroud Engineering is currently providing engineering services related to the subdivision design of The Neighborhoods of Holly Ridge, Phases 2 & 3. These two phases of the development consists of 447 residential lots. Phase 2 is currently in construction while Phase 3 is in the permitting phase with construction scheduled for the Spring of 2008. Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Design and permitting of public roads
• Design and permitting of sewage collection system
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• Design and permitting of a high density storm water system to satisfy North Carolina Division of Water Quality Coastal Storm Water Management rules
• Construction administration and inspection
