Project: River’s Edge & The Marshes

Stroud Engineering is currently completing construction of River’s Edge, a 260 lot residential subdivision and a 224 unit Condominium development.  Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Master and Preliminary Plan approval through the City of Wilmington
• Wetland mapping and permitting of encroaching impacts
• Design and Permitting of extensive offsite infrastructure including Thoroughfare improvements
• Design and permitting of public and private roads
• Design and permitting of a sewage collection system including City of Wilmington pump station and force main as well as a private pump station to serve the Condominium development
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• Design and permitting of a low density storm water system to satisfy North Carolina Division of Water Quality Coastal Storm Water Management rules
• Design and permitting of storm water detention in accordance with the City of Wilmington Storm Water Ordinance
• Construction administration and inspection
• Construction Staking
