Stroud Engineering is currently planning a 360 lot residential subdivision to include a community park, equestrian trail, clubhouse and pool. The development will require a wastewater treatment plant and two large high rate infiltration basins with a groundwater lowering system. Stroud’s responsibilities include:
- Special Use permit for wastewater treatment facility
- Master Plan development
- North Carolina Division of Water Quality permitting for a Wastewater treatment Plant capable of treating and disposing of 130,000 gallons per day
- Infiltration and Dewatering design for the effluent
- Design and permitting of highway access
- Design and permitting of private roads
- Design and permitting of a sewage collection system including pump station and force main
- Design and permitting of water distribution system
- Design and permitting of a high density storm water system to satisfy North Carolina Division of Water Quality Coastal Storm Water Management rules
- Construction administration and inspection
- Construction Staking
