Project: Webb Creek Sewage Treatment Plant

Client: Webb Creek Water and Sewer Inc. – Lumberton, NC
Location: Hubert, Onslow County, NC

Stroud Engineering designed a 300,000 gpd sequencing batch reactor waste water treatment plant with ultraviolet disinfection process with discharge to Webb Creek with a discharge to Wallace Creek.  The first phase is in operation and the second phase is under construction.  Stroud’s responsibilities include:

• NPDES permitting
• Obtain DWQ authorization to construct
• Construction plans and specifications
• Bidding and negotiation
• Inspections and certification
• Construction staking
